1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ReplyRunner, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. ReplyRunner is operated by Source Strong AI.

2. Description of Service

ReplyRunner is an AI-powered marketing tool that monitors Reddit and X (Twitter) for relevant conversations, generates draft replies, and helps you engage authentically. The service includes opportunity detection, AI reply drafting, post generation, and brand analysis.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use ReplyRunner.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ReplyRunner in compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of service of Reddit and X (Twitter). Specifically, you must not:

  • Use the service to spam, harass, or deceive other users on any platform
  • Automate posting without human review (ReplyRunner requires you to review and manually post all content)
  • Use the service to promote illegal products, services, or activities
  • Attempt to circumvent plan limits, security controls, or rate limits
  • Resell access to ReplyRunner without written permission
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service

5. Human-in-the-Loop Requirement

ReplyRunner generates AI-drafted replies as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting all content. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from content you choose to post on Reddit, X, or any other platform.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Dodo Payments.
  • New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with Starter-tier features.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Email us at [email protected].
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at their current rate until renewal.

7. Plan Limits

Each plan has specific limits on projects, monitors, scans, and posts. Exceeding these limits will result in features being temporarily restricted until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. We do not delete your data when limits are reached.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using ReplyRunner (brand descriptions, customized prompts, edited replies). We retain ownership of the ReplyRunner platform, brand, logo, and underlying technology.

AI-generated draft replies are provided as suggestions. Once you edit and post them, the posted content is yours.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Reddit, X, AI providers, payment processors).

10. Limitation of Liability

ReplyRunner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Source Strong AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, account suspensions on third-party platforms, or data loss.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
